I'm not solely blaming him, and I do blame the whole remain campaign. Most of all I blame Cameron for doing it in the first place just to quell a split in the Tory party.

He certainly bears some responsibility. Labour's support for Remain was lukewarm at best and there was no engagement with ordinary working people to show what they were going to lose.
