Well that's right, he really is. The Uberoligarch is Peter Thiel, founder of PayPal, and his evil genius assistant is Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir. These oligarchs are mostly Americans, with a few others scattered about in eg Russia, Germany, etc. and yes, they now control the world. Not China yet.
