Feeling lonely again. Friends from the past that abandoned me and I'm left all alone. I'm always alone though. Been alone for a long time, thought I would be use to it by now but it still hurts a lot. Maybe I'm ment to be alone so far it seems that way to me.

Colder weather, I love the snow it's lovely but when it's cold the pain is worse. My hands freeze up like raynaud's so I have to be mindful. I wish I didn't have to ware gloves all the time but if I don't my hands feel numb but also like they are on fire. Plus it makes my lower back arthritis worse.
