Had planned a camping trip months ago for this weekend. Ended up raining so we're taking a staycation.
Went to the movies in the middle of a Friday and had almost the entire theater to ourselves.
Today we're heading to the thrift store.
So far 10/10 weekend.

I only do lunch delivery on days that it rains. I've lived in Riverside for almost two years, today is the first time I've delivered food here. Last login was 2023.

Good news: I cleaned bicycle disc brakes for the first time ever. All the rust removed and they almost look new!
Bad news: The brakes still squeak hella bad.
Might still take it to a professional. Not sure what else could cause that...

I've seen a few people talk about their filament getting too humid and not printing correctly. Today, I had filament so dry it cracked mid print. Had no idea that was an issue. #3Dprinting

I would use Bsky more often but I'm not sure if I can trust the people who run that platform. I used to do Twitter and Instagram and both platforms devolved into Nazi havens.
The only closed platforms I use anymore is YouTube. Even that relationship looks rocky.

I'm my youth I'd just hop on my bike and ride. Didn't have to think that much about it. I took it all for granted. Now I spend more time thinking about riding that I do riding. Capitalism sucks.
