Today was my 3rd lymphedema clinic treatment in a row. They've been putting the leg pumps on me every day, then I get a special cream put on my legs then they are compression wrapped.

My roommate made homemade potato soup! OMG, it's my favorite soup! Comfort food while it's cold and icky outside. So yummy!!!

I haven't drawn in a long time. I need surgery on my hand, it hurts to do the fine details. This was a quick drawing of SpongeBob and Patrick. It felt relaxing to draw, but my hand is hurting a little.

Since ICE is only detaining the worst of the worst how do they explain this? This is incomprehensibly cruel. Can you even imagine how terrifying it had to be for a 5-year-old, when armed, masked men snatched him while he was walking home from preschool?

I think one of my medications may be giving me vertigo. I've had it 4 times in the last week. And today is the worst I've ever had it. It's not as bad as it was when I woke up, but when I move too fast I get nauseous. OMG I hope it goes away soon!!!

This is a stray that my roommates let in on a few of the really cold nights. He sleeps in a big dog crate and seems happy. That's just to protect him from the dogs while everyone is asleep. He snuggles up and sleeps. We feed him in the morning and he gets antsy and goes back out. He's a sweetheart.

I know it's passed, but I want to share the little Grinch tray I made for Christmas. Instead of a full-size veggie tray, I used a dinner plate because not everyone would eat this. But he didn't turn out too badly. We forgot to get black licorice for his mouth, so I improvised and used black grapes.

I feel like hot garbage today. It's just a head cold, but it's definitely making me miserable. Our whole house is sick. We postponed our Christmas until Sunday. Yesterday I thought I was going to luck out and not catch it. Nope, starting kicking in last night, and by this morning I was fully sick.

I love these new wraps they can be trimmed smaller as my legs shrink. But they are way harder to put on. It took me 45 minutes to get them on this morning, an I felt like I'd been wrestling an alligator after I was done. LOL That was my cardio for the day! Hopefully it will get easier with practice.

Ya'll painting with a 4-year-old is hard. And it didn't turn out exactly like Pinterest showed. LOL But she had fun, so that's what matters!

I'm setting up a craft project tonight that I can do tomorrow with my great niece & nephew. They are 4 and 2, so it takes lots of focus to get it done, and I need to already have the prep work done. But they'll have fun, hopefully! We're going to be painting.

I would hate to be so insecure that I had to have my name on every building with any cultural significance. And what a disgrace, that a president used their power to get into a position to be able to do this. Shameful!!
