I switched it back to KDE out of inpatience lol I have plasma running on my main server but this laptop I'm using it on has like 4gb ram so I was trying to minimize the ram usage. I'll look into that though, thanks for the tip!

something that's always bothered me since I learned what it was in middle school was the Electoral College. How millions of people can vote a certain way, but at the end of the day it's up to them about who runs the federal government.
