Doesn't a HAM license effectively waive 4th amendment rights by making the licensee agree to random warrentless "FCC inspections," not restricted to the area where a radio may or may not be located?

I was talking to my mother-in-law about a somewhat similar sweater I own when she asked what color it was. I replied, "I don't know...it's sweater-colored."
So whatever that color is (oatmeal?) "sweater-colored" is now what I call it.

I install too many apps/software, had to read the comments to discover why "Terms of Service" was such an interesting rewatch. But glad I did, as I very much enjoy the TOS everyone that is not me is discussing

Great article! I had an Ovation for a bit. Charles' son Bill Kaman was an active participant of a guitar forum I was a member of in the 2000s (though his identity wasn't glaringly obvious from his user name). He seemed like a nice guy who really liked guitars and music.
