Schools and organizations must hold their local competition by January 30th in order to compete at the County Competition on February 7th. For any questions or concerns, contact POL Coordinator Brennan DeFrisco at [email protected].

For school and county competitions this year, students may choose poems from the new anthology (www.poetryoutloud.org), from past POL anthologies (PDF on the California POL website) or poems from the Poetry Foundation website (www.poetryfoundation.org/programs/poe...).
