Our work with Verian dives into the data behind children and young people visiting museums – the who, why, and where ❓

We cover:

Who is visiting museums most? 🚗

📊 Here are some key findings:
Over half (52%) of children and young people have visited museums in the last year

Engagement with museums is highest in London (63%), and lowest in the West Midlands (39%)

Boys (52%) and girls (51%) engage with museums at similar rates

Barriers - including money (38%) and time (36%) - remain
