Public art adds a lot to an area, and the "Lobo Loco" sculpture by Don Kennel and Lisa Alder in tonight's 9 o'clock photo prove the point.
This part of Albuquerque, NM would be a lot of bare concrete if not for a few well placed murals, sculptures, and a very few plants.
