I didn’t see that when I replied. No apologies necessary- a shocking number of Trump supporters don’t understand even when shown the data. They’re convinced that everything is ‘fake news’ if it runs counter to his propaganda.

Plurality- he didn’t have a majority, more people voted for someone else than for him. But your point is still taken.

Knowing finally that fibromyalgia is the issue (after likely having had it for years on average) can open the possibility of appropriate care and improvement. They’ve already been living with the impacts.

I wish I had a good solution. Everything is a trade off - and it feels like it all comes at the expense of instructor time. Blue books, verbal explanations, looking at weighting… What is possible in a small, in person class doesn’t necessarily scale to a large one - and online…. ugh.

My best advice- keep a headache log. If you can figure out your triggers you may be able to avoid some of them.

Some people have success with low dose naltrexone- worth reaching out to a pain management specialist if she hasn’t already ruled it out
