Can someone please explain to me what’s the next step in Garcia case? I know DOJ filing daily non-answers. Is there any hearing scheduled? Or waiting for judge’s order? @aclu.org

I am really curious if the best and brightest -- faculty and students -- will still continue to be in the same universities that are ready to give up on academic freedom to get grant money. Or will they go somewhere else? Europe? Canada? And if there is any such indication already?
