Meal prep for some lunches this week as I'll be in the office. I make a box of salad pasta, and fill a tub with veggies, whatever happens to be in the fridge. Then in the morning I take some of both, mix it with salad dressing, pick my protein depending on what we have, and voila!

I made soup today. It's pretty tasty! I got to use up stuff i already had in the fridge and larder and turn it into something health. Yay me!
