The UK Online Satey Act is being enforced as of today.

This means that its now the responsibility of the company to scan and moderate all content on the platform, including encrypted messages and private messages.

This virtually destroys any last scraps of basic online privacy in the UK.

So I was looking through some of my code when I saw this line:

file, err := os.Open(filepath.Join(root, filepath.FromSlash(r.URL.Path)))

This could have been a directory traversal attack. However, because of pure dumb luck, it happens that Chi saved me due to normalising paths.

Im baffled that the big American corpos keep making brand accounts. All that happens is that they make a single post which then subsequently gets bombed (quite rightly) by our community. What are they thinking?

Found this from MattKC and it looks like a very cool project. Its also written using my favourite language, meaning I can contribute. I may try a fulgens native port of this.
