I found that MSVS has this feature built-in. Just go to Windows Settings > System > Sound > More sound settings > Sounds tab > scroll down and set a sound for Microsoft Visual Studio > Build Failed / Build Succeeded.

3 - Put some white window in the background, like File Explorer or empty tab in a web browser -> it will illuminate your face nicely.
