When running, you must adjust your breathing, otherwise you will be out of breath after running for a while.
Running Tip of the Day: Focus on your breathing! 🏃♂️💨 Use a 3:2 pattern: inhale for 3 steps, exhale for 2. It reduces injury risk, boosts oxygen flow, and keeps you relaxed for a smoother, efficient run! 🌟
