Sunday day trip to St Abb's Head to see the baby seals. So adorable! Apparently there's around 2,000 seal pups along the coastline this year. Highly recommend a visit! 🦭

Having a bit of a mental health wobble this week so decided to take myself to the beach with the dog and do some journaling and work out how to help myself. What sort of things help when you have a lil anxiety flare up?
