My outdoor weather station died. I quite like having the outdoor and indoor temps since neither tracks anywhere what The Bureau says. Anyone got a good Zigbee/Home Ass weather station rec? I don't need much.

I ordered through the restaurant's website. Paid 16 bucks for delivery and still cost less than the Uber app. Then when the guy arrived, guess which courier they used 😅

Uber Eats is such a scam. I cracked the shits and uninstalled it after one delivery. Sure I'm sick, but I'm not stupid.

I have a bunch of store credit at Rebel at the same time Garmin has a fairly steep discount on their range of watches. Also mine is like, ten years old and has a couple of issues now. All of which is to say I apologise for the inflation figures for December.

It's 9pm and the skate park is happening. A girl cocooned in safety gear attempts a tentative trick. Slowly, slowly, she rolls so damn slowly before failing to stick an ollie. She doesn't succeed, but she doesn't fall either, so it's a good technique.

Turns out the possum hasn't been jumping onto the bromeliad to get at other plants; it's worked out that the bottom isn't spiky so it can munch into it from the base of the stems. I thought they were possum-proof, but apparently not :]

I usually dev in Chrome but it was being really laggy. So I switched to Safari but it still has that bug where the dev tools get detached and you have to reopen them all the time. So ended up in Firefox and it's a very nice experience 😌
