Like, I think the RTD2 nostalgia-bait criticisms are overblown, but: I do think it‘s funny that if the Susan stuff is not picked up, her appearance last series will be 100% unarguably a completely empty calories nostalgia play.

Oh, 100%. I actually don’t think it’a really meant to be read, so there’s an argument for not translating it. The crucial points are basically covered in the dialogue. It’s nice to include, but, imo, a bit distracting.

Nice to have Rider that is somewhat easily accessible in the UK, but still feel the 24hr looping livestream is a weird compromise where nobody is truly happy.
Like, you can’t tell me you’d make a subtitle like the below if you knew that viewers couldn’t pause or rewind the video.

There’s a tube strike next week in London, but my team’s been told we need to be in the office cause there’s an important project.
The US bosses offered to pay for taxis, and we were *offended*. Like, we can walk, cycle or take the bus

One of my faves is The Ribos Operation, but think I’d go with something action-y like War Machines or Seeds of Doom.
I think those are sorta different from the image of Who that people might have in their heads.

I know there will be repeats and marathons, but still... those are fixes to problems that did not need to happen!
Toei will never not be odd with how they handle international distribution.
Glad the UK's been included though. That's nice.
