I’m at the point in healing that I’m comfortable with being single yet the healing that is left for me would require a relationship. I do not know how to trust a male. I do not know how to receive love. But I also realllllly don’t like even looking at the dating pool. These men are dangerous.

So far the most annoying part of becoming disabled w/ invisible illnesses hasn’t been people’s belief/lack of. It’s the fact that it has to happen now in THIS timeline. Like yeah dealing w/ 5 yr long CSF leak sucks, but it’s so much worse that I have to get it fixed before dump messes with ACA now 🙃

I told my therapist “I want to go into a rage room, play classical music, hit a line, follow it w 2 shots, absolutely destroy everything then just sit & cry” she just looked at me & said “honestly you deserve it” & if that doesn’t sum up coming to terms w CPTSD/repressed memories idk what will

So everyone is stuck with Netflix buffering every 10 seconds?? You think they would’ve prepared to stream at this capacity but noooo. That would’ve made too much sense.
