I am going to be really careful about any thing multi. Basically anything in the health aisle.

Taking the train to Claremont today. We often forget the joys and pains of public transport. The waiting, the making it on time, just missing a train or a bus. It's a little potluck either you cheer your success or you just pause and people watch for bit. Or like what I'm doing now. Update sm 🤭

Anyone coming back from injury knows this. But what if you're trying to undo nearly twenty years of ingrained process working against a jumbled nervous system it's a little bit of a challenge but not insurmountable I don't think.

Making jacket potatoes. The home made slaw has no mayo, just vinegar, castor sugar, yoghurt and salt. The beans I caramelised finely chopped onion, added a can of beans, cinnamon and tomato paste. The corn is just sitting in the oven dressed with paprika. It's slowly roasting.
