Could we build dynamic alt text into #WordPress core? Changes made in media library would automatically appear in image block. Kadence advanced image block has this option.

The official Font Awesome Figma plugin gives easy access to the icons in vector format. Really nice. I prefer to use the font itself: you need to install the desktop files, then use the Figma Desktop app to access them. Now I'm loving this app!

Quirky thing happening when placing a head inside a Kadence Text (Adv) block with a background color. Displays ok on back-end with a color in Global Palette. But not displaying when using a color added to palette in block controls area. Have to edit via color picker, then insert desired hex code.

Local by Flywheel's SSL certificate is a pain on a Mac. Usually I ignore it, but today tried to follow the complex instrux. Ridiculously difficult. Can't even find the Keychain app. Not worth the effort!

Got a notice today that these 2 font families are expiring soon. Interesting! If fonts haven't been used in a while (150 days), they'll automatically be deactivated to keep apps running smoothly. All righty then!

Kadence theme submit button not displaying correctly when set to "auto" width. It goes full width instead. May be a bug with WordPress 6.8.1. Anyone have the inside scoop? :-)

Rotating a fillable text field in an Adobe PDF form: Prepare a form > double-click text field > General tab: select desired orientation from dropdown menu. Nice.

Dashicons has been the official icon font in WordPress for many yrs. + loads automatically in the admin. dashboard. To use them on a site's front-end, you must load them manually with an enqueue code in functions.php. Good instrux. here: www.liquidweb.com/blog/wp-dash...

Another curiosity on a Mac: when I click on a phone number, I am prompted to open Skype. Huh? You can change the default app to Facetime or Zoom. discussions.apple.com/thread/77151...

Wednesday was my 1st plein air of the year! Met art peeps at Boston Public Garden. After a leisurely scoping loop, I settled on this iconic scene with the Yoshino Cherry tree next to the Swan Boats. Will make a few tweaks and call it done.
