#2 The National Guard must review the warrant before ICE can knock. Only the National Guard is permitted to carry arms. ICE must be unarmed. Also the governor should ask a judge that anyone taken into custody be detained in state where they were picked up.

#1 I propose that each state governor go to court to get an order that ICE MUST HAVE A JUDICIAL WARRANT to take someone into custody. Then they need to activate their own National Guard and ask a Judge to require ICE to be accompanied by them to serve ONLY JUDICIAL WARRANTS.

Please think about this. If we work hard enough to elect 60 Democratic senators and (just to be sure) 225 Democratic representatives next year, we can impeach Trump. And with that majority for 2 years, we can manage Vance. We don't have to wait until 28 to be relieved of this oppression.

I think a good test of the veracity of anything trump says is simply to ask, if this were a company selling a commerical product, did they provide evidence that the product is useful and fulfill your goals in buying it. It's a low bar but if he can't even meet it, the comments are hogwash.
