I guess the maths metaphor will break down somewhere should I try to take the idea further 🤷‍♂️

My team values the forest but some days feel like the desert. We don't add hours but wish for more time. So the focus is on working faster by sheer will. Today, I wrote a note to the team that we need to maximise learning; that pace is derived from learning and value is the sum of learning.
