IANAL, but I like to think that a ratified ERA would nullify all laws that apply only to certain bodies or limit reproductive choices. That’d make the right Big Mad 😆 Enough states have ratified it now, and the time limit is arbitrary BS. Come on, Dark Brandon, ask the Archivist to record the ERA!

What radicalized me? Finding out as a kid in a library that the Equal Rights Amendment had been a thing, but our nation hadn’t seen fit to get it ratified. My own state didn’t even weigh in! Seeing this exhibit with the 19th next to the ERA at the National Archives was a powerful moment.
