Holiday Cider

Apple cider or unfiltered apple juice (I used unfiltered)
Cranberries
Orange / cranberry / cherry tea (or coffee cherry)
Cloves
Star anise
Cinnamon sticks
Thick Orange slice (NO white parts)
Lemon slice (extra thin)
Honey

Mix in pot and simmer (NOT BOIL) for 20 min to an hour
