I think that’s a wonderful way to look at it.

Weed? That usually helps me when I’m going a million miles an hour. I do have to accomplish something before I do it, or I’ll just be sitting there thinking about how much time I’ve wasted and all the things I need to do. 😅

I think I’m just gonna exist today. I can’t really do much else.

I really should clean the house and do laundry, but all I’ve managed to do is get out of bed and feed the cat. Now I’m back in bed with the cat and am just laying here trying to exist. I feel like I’m on the brink of crying, but it feels like that’ll use too much energy and my body just can’t do it.

That seems like an incredibly dumb comment. A lot can happen in over a decade.

Honestly, I’d look into life alert or something similar. I know if I were in your shoes, it’d bring me some comfort and relief.

Having someone who isn’t afraid of going to therapy or putting in the work to build a solid foundation has been such an incredible gift.
