That chart is all over the place! 76% above the 80% mark, UK in 2nd at 29% with France on 66%. Netherlands 2nd last with 55%. And there's a 0% and -0% on the chart bar... Like the principle but uff.

Could this be a way to help reduce the key rate in 2026? Rampant inflation would be harder if people can't access their money quickly and efficiently. High interest rates incentivises saving, but you don't need to incentivise if you're holding the funds hostage anyway.
