If we know everything about what a particle does in all conditions, what more is there to know? What, exactly, is it that you think we don't know? What gives rise to the special status of what something "is", other than psychological states of you and likeminded people? 2/2

The felt need to articulate the "intrinsic" or "fundamental" nature of something is psychological. You need to make a reasoned case that articulating such a thing does more than satisfy a psychological need. 1/2

When you replace the constituent parts of a boat one by one, when does it become a different boat? When does a group of objects become an object in its own right? Science has no explanation for these things. SO WHAT? There is no need to explain consciousness. Panpsychism is just silly.
