I would not be able to be who I am, or do what I do without acknowledging the elders and history that have fought and paved the way.
Trans & Queer BIPOC Community, sex workers, disability community…Marginalized people have always been on the forefront of intersectional allyship.

Gender euphoria comes in many forms, at different times of recognition and comprehension.
I have the privilege of being visible, and being able to sometimes hide in moments when my safety is compromised.
I am surviving, even as my rights and my community’s rights are constantly threatened.

I’m so proud of people that want to bypass the shame and embarrassment in conversation surrounding surgeries/medical interventions that have helped them. It’s time to reduce the stigmas on reproductive healthcare and pain management…. it leads to more people educated, and less medical trauma.

I ended up needing to get a hysterectomy for my endometriosis at age 23…. One of the best medical decisions that I was able to make myself, and the first major medical decision that a doctor actually backed me up on. My life is forever changed for the better.
