As far as I can tell it only causes negative effects. While the scrapes heal all the extra protein stresses out your kidneys and opens scrapes create an infection risk.

2) personally it just gives me a headache. It will not affect how much you shoot that isn't a placebo. It can kill you if you're on any blood pressure medication or medication that can cause hypotension as a side effect.
