He grows bigger and hairier the more he absorbs. If you leave him out in the rain this may be one way he comes to life as.
He might be short and stocky with smaller amounts absorbed. :3c
If he dries out in sun too long he reverts.

I think it’s part of the charm as it left it to the imagination to what he looks like and you encounter his race as enemies without the mask in game too that’s used as an example.
Plus most recently they updated game and gave every npc a portrait of what their faces looks like.
