Tried painting Legionaries as simply as one could with as minimal effort I can get away with, so it does need some effort to not have a finished model that's just flat looking

I've been finding it interestingly harder to enjoy or do anything 40k related recently, whether it's building models, painting them, or listening to my audio books like it just hasn't been helping my interestingly depressed mood with everything going on

Growing up I was never really into traditional girls stuff, nor did I ever really have the option due to parents and just being interested in other stuff, some of which became lifelong hobbies, so I think now I'm allowed a girly interest as a treat, like these dolls from a terrible tv show

I found some boxes of sisters of battle with quite generous discounts, so got some Paragon Warsuits and a second Immolator for when I get round to building that army

Lotarra is probably my favourite human character, nay just actual favourite character from the Horus Heresy, despite being a resin questionable human model I'm 100% painting her, and maybe be apart of a Jackal unit

Building a Canadian Highlander deck and I could build a deck that was decent, back in like 2018 before a half decades worth of power crept magic cards I just avoided as I found other hobbies and kinda didn't play much magic or bought cards, idk maybe boomer jund will work fine against my friends

2025 is really starting to look like the year I just quit using any social media app, there's just no escaping the endless amounts of shit and I'm already just perpetually stress without the world going downhill

In 2023 I painted 33 minis* and a small amount of terrain
*Angron was 95% done
In 2024 I painted 58 minis, so overall I painted more in 2024 though I did get very much burnt out halfway through the year.
So yeah that's my goal for 2025, paint some more and not burn out.

I don't think that was my favourite Dr who Christmas special, wasn't bad and had alot of stuff I liked, just altogether it was a thing that happened, maybe on rewatch I'll appreciate it more

I enjoyed the War Games in Colour, my only negative is that I'm still not a big fan of how it's edited but a bit less so than Daleks in Colour, music choices were better and less jarring, so the War Chiefs theme was sus, and the regeneration with all the easter eggs is very fanservicey but I like it
