4 weeks out from my knee replacement surgery. Finally was able to pedal the recumbent bike at PT and had a 116° flexion, with a little help from the physical therapist. Now time to settle in for a nap.

Next Friday I'll be having a knee replacement surgery. The last of my needed items arrive Saturday. Happy to finally be getting it done.

I've been thinking about lot about the season. It's not a joy for everyone and that's ok. A friend who died a couple years ago has been on my mind, but also good things like making tamales with my family.

And fuck corporate welfare.
