Today I was promoted to full professor at the University of Oslo!

It's been quite the journey and I'm so thankful to everyone who has been part of it. A wonderful way to wrap up our year at Stanford. Looking forward to what lies ahead!

Sånn, ja! Hør her: "Forskjellene mellom gutter og jenter er mindre enn forskjellene innad i gruppen gutter og jenter. Ved å fokusere på tiltak som hjelper alle svakt presterende elever, vil vi trolig treffe flest gutter uten at det går på bekostning av svakt presterende jenter".

6) Collective parenting: US is an individualist country - each family makes their own decisions about parenting. In Norway, I rely on the collective environment to help raise my kids. "Signing up" for this means less freedom but more also more time and support
