She's right, it's very important for people to think ahead about their boundaries and what they consider a deal breaker. It can be hard to recognize your limits unless you have thought about it beforehand and what you will/can do when you get there.

Perhaps the rest of the world leaders see an opportunity to let demented old Trump take care of inconvenient problems.
Though when he's gone they'll surely be saying "Remember what that crazy war criminal did? Yeah that was nuts!"

Let's also remember it doesn't just mean more people (children) getting sick. It means unnecessary deaths, disabilities, and suffering for not just the patient but the whole family unit.

MLAs are not going to meet with dozens people on the same topic. Setting up this expectation isn't realistic. It's better to send emails and explicitly ask for their reply on what they can do.
