To clarify, the people of WV wanted this and they should now provide care to this person and others to replace the programs they chose to end.
This is TERRIBLE but not newsworthy because the US elected this person in full knowledge of what would happen.

Viewing it from Canada, what I find most interesting is that the US Government spends more per capita on health care than the Canadian Government. Canada has universal health care (with lots of problems) and you do not. In fact you have a real disaster if we look at life expectancy, etc.
