Its the Sage archetype from Josh White. The "flavor" of the archetype might be a little off maybe, but it mechanically does fitt great with a rogue-y wizard too

Got a player that loves disabling traps with their Mage hand from a distance.With the right skill selections, could feel pretty rogue-like without necessarily getting SA damage.

If wanting more skills, I've got another good 3rd party class archetype for wizard that works out pretty well for skills

Wizard or Druid with the spell trickster archetype, especially with a free archetype.

If 9th level, could probably still dabble a little bit into rogue archetype then.
