I am somewhat envious. No offence meant!

My kind of person!

Fair dos, each to their own, no offence meant. I've just not come across that before.

Who are these people who only have one tab open at a time?! That can't be normal?
A screenshot of a YouGov question asking how many tabs people typically have open on a browser. The option for 1 has a 6% answer.

Ah, I'd prefer to dry washing outside a bit longer than that, especially as we currently have a very open, southern garden so we have been spoilt.

Oh, goodness me! This is something we need to properly consider then, especially as viewings tend to be during the day when neighbours are at work.

This is good to hear, thanks

No, not that big unfortunately!
asussexlady.bsky.social
Yes, the front would get some sun, although it is very small.

This is also very valid. We currently live in a terrace and noise is fine but this potential property is about 40 years older.
asussexlady.bsky.social
Yes there are concrete slabs outside the back door and I did see they were not in the best condition..

This is a very well located property (hence why I am interested) so in this case, a north facing garden probably won't be too much of an issue for selling, but it is something I need to consider when buying.

Didn't think of this. It is on the side of a hill with large trees at the bottom.
asussexlady.bsky.social
It is a short sloping garden so yes it is heavily shaded and quite cool. I am definitely not green fingered so my main concern is getting washing dry!
asussexlady.bsky.social
So sorry to read this. Thank you for the good thoughts.

Alright, more adultier adults and green-fingered people. North facing garden in a terrace house. Absolute no-no? Even if the property is otherwise ideal?

We are not, & never will be, gardeners. The garden is for the dogs, drying washing, feeding birds & reading in summer.

Hello, yes, I would like the AI art and creative industry to die. It has no place in the arts at all. Why is that a problem?

Please keep our Hamish in your thoughts. He is having a rough few days. We see the new specialist at the weekend and I depressing, desperately hope we can find something to help him. I know if love could save no pet would ever die, but we love him so much and he is so young.

Great customer service is so underrated and under reviewed! I know most people only leave a comment or review when they have bad service, I try and do it more when I have great service.

A year ago this week, this little furry ball of absolute chaos came into our lives. It has not been smooth sailing at all, but we are very lucky to have our Mr Quincy. ❤️
The head of a small black and tan puppy asleep between a white and pink plush toy and a grey and blue blanket. A small black and tan terrier puppy lying on some white and blue puppy training pads. He looks up at the camera, with two ears up. By his front right paw is a small purple Lamb Chop dog toy. To his right is another white Lamb Chop dog toy. A small tan and black terrier puppy, side profile of his body. He is standing on a plastic sheet and eating his dinner from a cream coloured dog bowl.

No, the exact opposite! Considering names like Bella and Luna and Charlie are really common, there are none of those. There has been a Rooster, a Gherkin and Turkey though.

I love puppy obedience class because it is good for Q and you see all sorts of dogs being so loved. But also because you see all sorts of names. Tonight there is a dog called Turkey.

I would consider leaving neutral to negative feedback depending on a) quality of the product when it does appear and b) what they stated as their turnaround times when you ordered. I'd be pretty bloody annoyed though.

This house is in second preferred town. I desperately want to buy in the town we currently live in but we've discovered that we're really about 20k short for what we want. It was the first one we've looked at in that town, so I'm keen to look about a bit more.
