Is James Paterson a de facto spokesperson that is considered an oracle of wisdom…seriously give it a rest ABC
June 8, 2025 at 9:27 AM
Exactly, he’s says “we will see what is possible?!”Have they got the message yet they lost in a landslide. Labor you must change the ABC this is garbage!
June 8, 2025 at 9:25 AM
Kicked out of Corangamite and parachuted into the Senate but not one shred of humility.
May 26, 2025 at 12:28 PM
Serious intervention needed.
May 18, 2025 at 8:51 AM
Needs to be addressed quickly Labour is too nice.
May 12, 2025 at 1:45 PM
It was absolute garbage!

She rode roughshod over him.

Worst ever.
May 12, 2025 at 12:49 PM
Unwatchable shouting match, do none of them have any manners.

Ed said he could not finish and all PK could say it was robust? What would her mother say?

It was worse than a shouting match at the footy.
May 12, 2025 at 12:47 PM
It got to a point of the shouting “nuclear, nuclear, nuclear” like some sort of moronic cheerleader show.
May 12, 2025 at 12:44 PM
It was a screaming match shocker!
May 12, 2025 at 12:42 PM
Yes, it’s sour grapes politics and statistical cherry picking. It’s the foundation of our system.

We all know how to use strategic voting, to say otherwise insults the average voter.

Just say “we lost badly we need to learn” would be much more graceful.
May 12, 2025 at 12:41 PM
Or the following “X left wing or Y independent won…BUT Z actually” got the most first preference votes. Repeat after me #ABC we have a preferential voting system to suggest otherwise undermines it and suggests “they didn’t really win, they got lucky”
May 12, 2025 at 1:41 AM
I heard the strangest announcement on #ABCradio, they noted that #moniqueryan wins #kooyong but focussed on the Liberal primary vote, something like “Monique has won despite the Liberal primary vote of 41%”. Can we please STOP the trashing of the preferential voting system! It is disturbing.
May 12, 2025 at 1:31 AM
100% too polite and achieved nothing, sounds eerily familiar 🥲
May 10, 2025 at 8:05 AM
Or it will be “I apologise that you took offence at my statement” qualified apology
May 8, 2025 at 11:35 PM
You are 1 million % correct! This was the one thing that would have huge impact on the future . 6 years at least of renewable energy investment certainly or the slow meandering to a nuclear never never.
May 8, 2025 at 8:47 AM
Time for a staff relocation I think.
May 5, 2025 at 1:27 PM
Last one for the night, Trump has proven that “being nice” on the left hoping that the right will do the same is a complete mirage. Agree stop leading with the opposition “Angus or Susan says” - Frankly who cares! Make some changes and NOW
May 3, 2025 at 4:11 PM
Now given the mandate, can the ALP show some courage and clear out the ABC like the Libs would have done without a thought. We want BOLD change that supports her insights!

No more Liberal light.

Just listening to Patty Kervalis now with her perfect 20/20 insights that we didn’t hear 6 hours ago.
May 3, 2025 at 4:03 PM
Absolutely, she was surrounded by her colleagues (Crabb, Spears et al.) that bend whichever way the wind blows. The were spineless, misguided and wise once the results were clear. 100% Agree.
May 3, 2025 at 3:55 PM
100% she is the most condescending person I have ever heard on the radio, it drives me nuts.
May 3, 2025 at 3:50 PM
The are just thinking, we dodged a bullet being the senate rather than house of representatives.
May 3, 2025 at 3:29 PM
That’s it gym session up, lungs will get a work out if that happens!
May 3, 2025 at 9:30 AM
Too early?
