You can't turn it off. Only option either show the exact country or show it as region/continent. So Turkey becomes West Asia, USA becomes North America.

During my time in Turkey, my friends offered me several times to try eating, but honestly I couldn't stomach the idea. I always went with another dish. It is a subculture kind of thing, and you either like it or not. I believe there is no in between.
