I quit tobacco cold turkey on December 13th…. This is possibly the biggest accomplishment I’ve ever done personally in my entire life. And I crave cigarettes every single waking moment of every day.

I’m a little bit scared. I have a job opportunity that I know I can do but 20 years ago I would’ve done it better and I’m having to work at the fall availability of age when it comes to work prospects.
