The rhetoric around welfare benefits/ claimants in the UK is disgraceful. If the changes go ahead I'll lose all of my benefits and thus the means to keep myself at the very slight quality of life I have as somebody with severe ME who is bedridden.

Let me try to be less disabled so I can best accommodate your preferences.

My heart breaks whenever we lose anyone in the disabled community, but knowing that those who died in the last 5 years likely had to spend those 5 years in general isolation, watching the world show and tell them their lives are not worth protecting with a mild inconvenience…

That shatters my soul.

Rest assured that even though I am taking a break from updating my disability resource thread for the day, I will keep this regularly updated as much as I can.

Disabled people deserve accessibility in their hobbies and all aspects of our lives and that is really important to me
