Hi! I have no visuals unless I'm dreaming. I would be considered to have partial aphantasia and didn't know till adulthood that my experience is different from a lot of others. The rest of my sense recall is pretty active tho

I hate it because it feels like they're justifying my presence. Like "oh honey, it's ok if you struggle everyday because we found value in this one thing about you!" My value as a person doesn't depend on you finding something useful about me
