Linguistic nuance matters — especially when accuracy, identity, and respect are on the line.

At ATIO, our certified translators and interpreters know the differences — because language is never just language.

Certified translators ≠ Certified for everything! 🛑
If you’re certified in one language direction (e.g. English to French), that does NOT mean you’re also certified in the other direction (i.e. French to English)
Misrepresentation violates ATIO’s Code of Ethics, so be careful!

Ever wonder why we say "tick-tock," not "tock-tick"?

Turns out, English has rules even native anglophones don't realize they're following!
