This particular section of Wheeling isn't very busy so yes, pretty still. Other times my timing with people & traffic makes places look more still & empty than they actually are.

I live near Wheeling & yes it does have a mood. I've been shooting the Ohio Valley area for a few yrs now. Lots of dying towns & failed industries. What drew me to this spot was the FREE sign with nothing there.
