The extra item is the appointment of Todd Gray to the Office of Inspector General governing board. Gray was a member of the board before its dissolution when the OIG was weakened. He was the sole member of the board who vocally supported the mayor's efforts to undermine the office.

The Department of Procurement says there was a delay in getting responses in order to complete the I-Pro report.

Wan asks who was the source of the delay. Procurement does not quite answer the question.

The Cascade Complete Streets funding ordinance passes 13-0.

Up next is a $4,665,800 payment for the Cascade Complete Street project. Over the summer, the Council approved legislation to extend the project timeline to the end of this year, but did not approve additional funding.

The new estimated completion date is Feb. 10, 2026.
