Throwback Thursday! This is Lala, she'll be 11 in April. Pictures are at age 2 and age 10. This shows how much a horse can change in color over the course of their lifetime. Lala's color genetics are Agouti, Black/Red, Dun, and Grey. She began life as a grulla and has gradually turned Grey.

Took Tova for a walk at the river today and met a group of paddle boarders heading out in their wet suits. HARD CORE, friends! It’s 37F today! I’m waiting for warmer weather, dreaming about paddling the Hanford Reach again. Such great memories from last summer.
