Well, I managed to get OBS to record and stream videos at 60 FPS after tinkering with the advanced settings.
Fun fact, I had everything done at 30 then used a video editing software to boost it up to 60. That is no longer necessary.

I am convinced Kuro Games is perfectly content with writing such mediocre content in their stories because they think the WuWa fanbase don't care about the story and only care about pulling for the latest waifu or husbando.
