Throughout the entire promotion of the movie, Blake’s interviews were incredibly dismissive of SA. She deftly evaded hard-hitting questions on DV and was all around vapid. Court documents say Justin made her look bad by deviating from the promotional plan. She made herself look bad by being so blasé

It also does not help Blake’s case that she stood up for Woody Allen. Again- not prinarily relevant but I think good supplementary info. At the end of the day I think the whole movie was a mess and this is just a massive PR Fallout based on clashing personalities

I agree and I try to avoid any sort of ad hominem attacks b/c I have other issues with Blake that aren’t relevant.

However having followed Justin since his Jane The Virgin years and hearing how wonderful he was on set + his dedication to ending toxic masculinity. Idk I have a hard time with this.

All around the promotion of the movie made me sick, with only Justin actually portraying the relationship for how toxic it actually was and Blake making light of serious issues

None of these comments acknowledge the fact that both Blake and Colleen diminished the serious nature of domestic violence and wanted to promote it a la Barbie with Blake saying to don your florals
